We want you to be thrilled with your shoes.
But if you find that you need to return them to us, please note that we will only accept returns if:
– It is within 7 days of receipt of items.
– There is valid proof of purchase.
– The item is in the original packaging, with labels intact, and in resalable condition, i.e. the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable).
– The item is unworn and unused.
– The Shoe Emporium online store’s swing tag is attached.
If you have met the above conditions, contact us at info@shoeemporium.co.za or 066 193 7949 within 48 hours of receiving your order to start the return process. Use your order number as a reference.
Our Return Policy lasts 7 days. After the 7 days lapses, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
HOW DO YOU RETURN THE ITEM TO US?
You have two options to return your order:
1. You can return the selected item, together with a valid proof of purchase, in person to our Shoe Emporium store in Boksburg (34 North Rand Road, Hughes, Boksburg); OR
2. You can return it to us via courier. You may arrange your own courier or contact us at info@shoeemporium.co.za or 066 193 7949 to arrange one to collect it from you. Use your order number as a reference.
Please note that, where applicable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return items to us, and any further shipping charges incurred for replacements and exchanges.
Once we’ve received your item we will check that they meet all the requirements i.e.
– There is valid proof of purchase.
– The item is in the original packaging, with labels intact, and in resalable condition, i.e. the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable).
– The item is unworn and unused.
– The Shoe Emporium online store’s swing tag is attached.
When we have completed this check, we will contact you regarding the way forward.
IF WE HAVE DELIVERED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
You are important to us, so we at Shoe Emporium strive to make sure that all orders are fulfilled correctly. However, should you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please do not remove the item from its original packaging, remove the tags or try on the product.
Contact us at info@shoeemporium.co.za or 066 193 7949, using your order number as a reference, within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We will arrange a courier to collect the incorrect or damaged item and replace it with the correct item as quickly as possible. All shipping costs will be covered by us.
In the case of a refund, one will be processed within 30 days and using the original payment method.
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
IF YOU WANT TO RETURN ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE
If what your ordered is not quite right, we offer a 7 day (from receipt of order) return policy.
We know how the perfect pair of shoes complete an outfit, so contact us at info@shoeemporium.co.za or 066 193 7949, using your order number as a reference, and let us help you find the “one” that sparks joy. All shipping costs (for collecting the original item and delivering a new one) will be for your account. We will phone and discuss it with you first.
If we still cannot find the right one, we will refund your purchase. The refund will be processed within 30 days and using the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS COVERED BY A BRAND’S MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
Please note that not all items sold have a manufacturing warranty and as such will not be eligible for replacements, repairs or refunds. Please contact us at info@shoeemporium.co.za or 066 193 7949 for further details of warranty conditions.
For items that fall within a brand’s manufacturing warranty, we will only consider exchanging or refunding a faulty item if it was used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the item’s care instructions. Manufacturer’s warranty conditions vary from item to item, and strictly apply.
A faulty item will, where relevant, be subject to a technical assessment by before being repaired, replaced or refunded.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for a product if
– The item has been misused or purposely damaged;
– The faults/damage are a result of normal wear and tear.
Repairs/or exchanges may involve a additional costs (for repairing and shipping) that is for your account and will be quoted upfront. When returning a product for repair, please ensure that it is in hygienic condition.
Please note that we cannot resole any footwear.
IF A REFUND IS PROCESSED
All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
